First step:

- 2 pair of RCA cable
- Serato USB Cable
- Serato Control Records/CDs (Depends on what you’re using, whether CDJs or Turntables.)

Now, it’s the time to plug in all the cable. First, you need plug in the USB cable to the Serato and to your laptop.
Then, you need to plug the RCA cable to the output. Just follow the color, red and white. Left deck and right deck. ( For SL1, just plug it in inside the LINE. For now, just ignore the THRU. )

For the other end of the RCA cable, you need to plug it in to the mixer. But wait, at the mixer, you have the RCA that connect the cdj/turntables to the mixer, correct? So, you plug out that RCA and plug it in to the input and now you can plug in the RCA cable to the mixer. Make sure you plug in the serato RCA cable in the line on the mixer.

If you’re using CDJs, you’re ready to go. If you using turntables, now you need to check your setup. Now, on your serato interface, click on setup.
Now, turn on your turntables. Make sure you see round shape like this.
If everything is ok, you got your round shape, you’re ready to go!
Some common problem:
Turntables:
- I didn’t get the round shape.Check your needle. Make sure it don’t have dust. Check your RCA, make sure you have been plug it in correctly.
The songs start slowly and have some weird noise.
This is always happen if using Serato SL3. If you using SL3 with turntables, make sure you turn this things to phono mode and if using cdj turn it to line mode.
